Business Unit Head for US Contractual Hiring:

Prospecting , Lead generation and New Business Acquisition

e-Meeting the clients on regular basis and understanding their needs.

Grabbing their active requirements, either vanilla or niche.
Being the Single point of contact for all follow-ups & feedback.
Being a fair Negotiator and make happy partners.
Excellent knowledge & experience in Contractual hiring.

Our few 'Must have's'

8-10 years of relevant experience in US staffing business
Strong people management & Team Management, Influencing & Negotiation Skills
Very good understanding of Recruitment / Staffing /Sourcing
Excellent sales techniques.
Advanced organizational skills, must be able to handle high levels of complexity
Experience in services hiring

Experience in generating MIS reports for the Management

And, Our 'Must be's'

Strong communicator and presenter
Experienced in Business Development & Account Management
A good social media networker
Must be highly familiar with Recruitment, Client acquisition, Client Handling etc
Must be familiar with IT recruitment domain
An expert in understanding the respective local markets.
Must be from Contractual staffing industry background preferably from Recruitment companies
Able to get more clients & Front end all given clients.

Required Candidate profile

• 12- 20 years of total experience
• Must have experience in US staffing processes
• Advanced organizational skills, must be able to handle high levels of complexity
