Responsibilities To maintain Account Risk Management process. Proactively identify, analyse, and manage risks that might impact execution of the contract, delivery of the services, and overall customer satisfaction. Monitor risk actions/ status Attend and prepares for Risk Review Workshops Prepare and sends Risk Report Present results, advise External stake holders on required actions, and commits to Risk Treatment internally and externally. Update risk records (Internal tool) Execute owned actions Agree on periodic Risk Workshop schedule Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically Self-motivated and self-driven without need of detailed supervision Ability to priorities and perform multiple tasks Ability to bring together and work with a team of people with varied backgrounds and in a diverse multicultural environment to articulate and remedy service level issues Skills Must have * 5+years of experience * Risk Identification and Solutions * Risk & Compliance Reporting * Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management * Risk Assessments and Workshops * RAID Management * Banking Domain application support knowledge * Willingness to work to the Australian Business time zone (Brisbane) * Excellent written and verbal skills required. * Ability to take ownership and work independently. Nice to have * Strong ITIL Process knowledge. * Knowledge on Cyber Security Risk
