Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Treatment, Distribution and Daily Operations of 4 MLD Water Treatment Plant

2. Sustaining Operation of RO Plant along with Clarifiers and Multi Grade Filters

3. Maintaining Quality of Treated water as per the norms of Plant and Customers

4. Ensuring periodic sampling, testing and analysing results as per the laid down SOPs of the plant

5. Lead a team of Operational Staff including Shift Engineers and Coordinate with Maintenance department for smooth operation of the plant

6. Technical know-how of RO membranes and its operation

7. Understanding of PLC/SCADA system and its upkeep

8. Planning of Preventive maintenance and keeping downtime of plant to a minimum

9. Inter departmental coordination with Purchase / HR / Safety/ Projects for various operational requirements

10. Maintaining various Legal documents and ensuring its compliance from time to time

11. Maintaining SOPs for all operational aspects

12. Ensure that the laid down Safety Norms and Protocols are followed

13. Preparing Periodic Production Reports and communicating the same to Unit Head

14. Providing Customer Service to Industries situated inside Park with respect to distribution of Treated Water

Desired Candidate Profile

• BE/BTech in Chemical / Mechanical (Preferably)
• 08 - 10years of Relevant experience inTertiary Treatment Plant Operations (UF/RO Plants)
• IT Proficiency: SAP preferred
