Job Summary
Responsibilities :
Candidate with an experience in the distribution of Electronic components, Power supply & LED Driver design & technical support.
Should have a good knowledge of Power Semiconductor products & solution-SMPS, LED Driver, AC/DC Converters, DC /DC Converters ,active-passive components.
Identify the markets with the highest potential growth for the Company.
Implement the most appropriate sales strategy to penetrate these markets.
Coordinate sales strategy with the Business Development Marketing team.
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
Report on regional sales results.
Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Implement sales strategies for all components in the assigned accounts and territories.
Identify new opportunities with either existing or new customer to build future growth.
Coordinate efforts to support the customers with manufacturer's sales reps, customer service, and distributors
Soft Skills :Effective communication can speak fluently.
Presentation skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Respect for other views and sentiments.
Team spirit.
Prioritize work and schedule.
Strong sales experience within our industries or related industries.
Education :-Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication can be of value to his/her profile.
Masters in a business-related field is a plus.
Should be willing to travel.
