The Sr. Analyst, FP&A, Supply Chain should have knowledge and hands on experience to play the following role:
- Monitoring, report out and analyze business performance and other KPIs which define the business
- Ensure 100% accuracy and 100% timely deliverables
- Be proficient in executive level reporting/ deck preparation with an unmissable level of accuracy.
- Be responsible for exploring, collating and gathering data, preparing and automating reports
- Support preparation for Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly deliverables etc.
- Play the role of a Finance Partner and thereby enable business partners to make informed decisions based on drivers of performance by working with functional partners to develop and maintain scorecards; analyzing and providing insights and performance analysis; creating deliverables with input from functional partners by collecting and analyzing data; analyzing sensitivity of assumptions by developing scenarios etc.
- Work with team members/ stakeholders to understand the business problem to conduct effective analysis
- Pursues self-development and effective relationships with others by organizing resources and information; openly sharing information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and customers; influencing others through technical explanations and examples; seeking performance feedback; adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
- Understand and contribute to ideation and execution of adhoc projects
- Be a team player, by stepping into business problems which may not be associated with the main business to which he/she may be aligned to
Qualifications:
MBA (Finance) or post-graduate in Finance with a B.E or B.Tech or a Software engineering background
3-6 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Consulting/Projects preferred
Strong data collection, collation and cleansing skills using advanced coding abilities
Strong independent ownership and drive to make sure projects/deliverables are pushed through
Strong communication skills being able to manage upward, peers and offshore teams.
Strong knowledge of advanced MS Excel/ MS Office
Knowledge of PowerBI/ Macros/VBA and other basic automation techniques Financial acumen preferred. Having the ability to convert nomenclatures from finance into business and vice-versa.
