Salary:
Fresher s Stipend- Rs 5,000.
Experienced Salary- Depends upon experience, skills, qualification & Willingness.
Location- Thrissur. (Candidates who are comfortable working in Thrissur Location Only Apply.)
Required Qualification & Skills:
Qualification: MBA Marketing/BBA Marketing/ Any other similar course from a recognized University.
Good Communication & Written Skills in English & Malayalam.
Interpersonal skills.
Listening skills.
Problem analysis and problem-solving.
Attention to detail, speed, accuracy.
Adaptability
Taking Initiatives & Leadership Skills.
Stress tolerance.
Customer Care Pre-Sales Activities:
As a customer care pre sales you need to Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about flats or villas. Communicate with customers through a variety of means by telephone; by e-mail, fax, and regular mail; or in person, resolve complaints. Below are the lists of activities you need to perform as an employee.
Conducting Market Intelligence.
Strategy Planning.
Check & Verify Readiness of Flats/Villas.
Update Kapture (Sales Team Lead Updating Software)
Project Wise Register Entries.
Lead Attending ( Cold Calling-Late Hours & Early Morning Time within 30 minutes after lead is assigned)
Drafting of Letters, Email or sending details to customer via What s-App or as per Customer Request.
Parallel follow up till conversion stage & ensuring the entire customer requirement are met till conversion stage.
Rating Customers
Giving Lead Review to the Department Heads.
Site Visit.
Daily Reporting via TODO software, Mail, Dept. Heads, as per their requirement.
Attend or complete Unforeseen Works if any.
Increment Structure for Fresher Candidates*
01-06 months RS.5000
06-12 months- RS.7500
12-18 months-RS.10000
18-24 months- RS.12500
24-30 months RS.15000
30- 36 months- RS.17500
After 36 months RS.21000
Depends on their performance there will be increment after 36 months.
She/he will get trained to attain a disciplined life during course of our training.
