Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Project Leader who has 8+ years of good hands-on experience in any one of the development technologies like .NET, Java, Android. You should be passionate about guiding, mentoring, and coaching team members.

Handling one or more product / bespoke development assignments
Analyzing user needs, solution and developing new applications
Active involvement in interaction with internal / external clients and manage status updates
Handling, mentoring, and coaching team members
Bring the requisite technical knowledge and understanding to the table
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones

You have great skills and confidence in

Good hands-on experience in any one of the development technologies like .NET, Java, Android
Good working knowledge in one or more of the Database Systems like MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
Bachelor's degree in computer science
8+ years of relevant experience Technical Project Development
Possess fair knowledge on software architecture & design pertaining to web & mobile applications
Experience in working in Agile/Scrum environment
