Job Summary

Job Description

  • Good Communication Skills (Spoken and Written).
  • He/She should be Technically sound.
  • Experience in client interaction.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Platforms like Facebook,Twitter,Instagram (What are Public tweets,@mentions,DMs,keywords,Search Engine etc).
  • SQL knowledge would be an added advantage (Basic queries like Select,Update,Insert, to run Procedures).

Job Responsibilities

  • Sort Client queries proactively.
  • Requirement gathering.
  • Follow up with clients regarding issues and its status.
  • Prioritize your work.
  • Follow the timelines shared with clients and as per that push the team to get the work done.
  • Maintaining a bug sheet faced by clients and understand the reason of resolution.
  • Notify all the clients regarding all the new features/upgrades happening in the tool.
  • He/she should be aware of all the API changes made.
  • Setting up an account.
