Job Summary

Position: Customer Support Engineer (on Third Party Payroll position)

Candidates with below qualification & experience

1) Diploma / BE in Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & communication

2) Hands on experience on Electrical/Electronic field - Maintenance or Commissioning.

3) Experience in troubleshooting

4) Good communication skills.

5) Understanding of Electrical schematic

6) Prepare for Corrective maintenance and breakdown activities.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions.
  • Respond to customer complaints.
  • Support evaluation and resolution of problems of the customer.
  • Assists in installing the equipment.
  • Assist in analyzing and review of findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer requirements.
  • Works alongside technical sales engineers; offers customer training for the product; repairs, tests and maintains equipment.
  • Monitors performance of the product. Maintains product manuals.
  • Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
  • Develops and maintains relations with customers.
