Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Support delivery of a portfolio of $10k+ software projects for various clients of the company

• Support a strong and structured process for the internal project management team in order to increase effectiveness, generalize product requirements for wider user access, and improve customer experience and platform completeness in due course

• Support Project Manager in creating & Updating detailed project plans and SLA reports

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to cross-sell and upsell products that can create value

• Coordinate with clients, internal resources, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Develop project scopes, objectives, and other relevant documentation, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Identify product improvements or new product opportunities by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

• Manage all internal stakeholders to ensure customer success - includes liaising with marketing, sales, and product teams as required.

• Develop a strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain ecosystem, areas for value creation, and different market components

• Coordinate with tech team for timely hand- over of build to verification and validation teams for testing

• Closely monitor the progress of testing and timely update of any delay's issues

• Track / Escalate (Issue management) any bugs identified through JIRA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's /Masters degree from top college/ universities

• At least 2-3 years of large enterprise supply chain transformation and/or software projectmanagement experience with a proven track record of expanding key accounts

• Account management experience in the supply chain / logistics / Freight Forwarding /Sea Freight / Ocean Freight / Container Freight would be a plus
