- Good understanding of the B2B sales and digital marketing concepts
- Strong expertise in one of the CRM tool - SFDC/Microsoft Dynamics/SugarCRM/FreshSales
- Experience in working with Lead, Account and Opportunity workflow management
- Expertise in one of the MAP - Eloqua/Marketo/Pardot/Hubspot and worked in different lead scoring techniques, lead nurturing, campaigns automation process
- Experience in Google analytics and digital advertising is good to have
- Excellent communication skills
- Provide product and B2B domain expertise to assist in onboarding clients into ABM platform, and enabling integration between clients
- CRM systems and Marketing Automation Platform with their ABM instance
- Partner with the Customer Success Manager in maintaining high satisfaction with customers through proactive communication and ownership of issues
- Contribute to continual improvement of methodologies, best practices and solution knowledge repository
- Prepare detailed project plan and lead kick off sessions
- Conduct taxonomy discussions with customers to understand their various outreach and inbound strategies and data available from different platforms and provide recommendation/best practices in integration with their respective ABM account
- Need to communicate with key stakeholders about the ongoing project status and highlight any potential risk in advance
- Implement the use cases after the onboarding completion and prove the effectiveness of ABM platform by executing the customersuse cases
- Provide seamless on-boarding experience for the new customers
