Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance data. Identify key insights and trends to optimize ad spend, improve ROI, and enhance overall campaign success.
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective media strategies aligned with marketing objectives. Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI for clients' advertising investments.
Audience Targeting: Employ advanced audience targeting techniques to reach and engage specific customer segments. Continuously refine targeting strategies based on data analysis and campaign performance.
A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify top-performing variations and optimize campaign elements for improved results.
Reporting and Client Communication: Generate regular performance reports for clients, providing clear and insightful summaries of campaign metrics and progress. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and presenting actionable recommendations.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital advertising technologies. Share your knowledge and insights with the team to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and strategy, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts for clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital media operations, managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant digital advertising tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, and optimization strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Proven track record of delivering successful digital advertising campaigns and achieving measurable results for clients.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends.
