Job Title - Accounts / Admin Executive

Experience : 2 - 4 years

Job Description:

  • Candidate should be able to prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports.
  • Responsible for processing the payroll of the employees
  • Report to management regarding the finances of establishment
  • Responsible for filing GST, reconciliation works, balance sheet and TDS preparation
  • Should be able to handle admin activities of the company
  • Responsible for handling Inbound Calls, Quotation / Invoice Preparation, Clients follow up, Inventory Management.
  • Should have good knowledge in MS Excel / MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English.

Education:

(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization)

2 to 4 Years
