Job Description
Accounts Executive Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Books of Accounts
- Reconciliations & BRS
- Statutory and TDS
- Payroll preparation
- MIS
- GST and Filing of monthly and Annual Returns
- Audit and Preparation of Financial Statement & Finalization of Accounts
- Preparing Quotation, Purchase Orders, Legal Agreements
- Payment Follow ups and Bill Payments
- Knowledge of Tally.ERP 9
Admin Executive Responsibilities:
- Day to day office Management
- Housekeeping & Infrastructure Management
- Liaison with Vendors
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities - (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
