Job Summary Job Summary: As a Business Analyst in New Store Development department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Lenskart's retail expansion. Your expertise in data analysis, coupled with exceptional presentation skills, will drive informed decision-making and effective communication of strategies to stakeholders. You will leverage advanced data tools and presentation software to analyze trends, predict outcomes, and visualize data in compelling ways. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive data analysis using advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to support strategic decisions related to new store development. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into market trends, store performance, customer demographics, and other key metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Create compelling presentations with a strong narrative and visual storytelling, including animations, to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in transforming intricate concepts into captivating visuals, harmonizing creativity, design thought, and innovation. Demonstrate imaginative inquisitiveness by exploring innovative design methods and staying abreast of the latest industry advancements. Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in data analysis and presentation tools to improve departmental capabilities. Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant data protection regulations. Job requirements Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 4-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis and visualization. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, JIRA, Postman Exceptional presentation skills, including experience with creating engaging presentations and knowledge of animation techniques. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the retail industry, particularly in-store development or expansion, is a plus.
Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
