Job Description:


As a Business Analyst at Growth School, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for streamlining sales processes, optimizing systems and tools, and providing crucial insights to enhance overall sales performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Process Optimization: - Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows and drive productivity.

2. CRM Management: - Serve as the primary administrator for our CRM system, LeadSquared, ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and system integrity.

- Provide training and support to sales team members on LeadSquared usage and best practices.

3. Sales Analytics: - Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance metrics and identify trends. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership to drive informed decision-making.

4. Sales Enablement: - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials. - Ensure sales representatives have the necessary tools and resources to effectively engage prospects and close deals.

5. Forecasting and Planning: - Support sales forecasting and pipeline management processes. - Work closely with sales managers to accurately forecast revenue and set achievable targets.

6. Process Documentation: - Document sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability. - Develop and maintain a sales playbook to onboard new hires and facilitate ongoing training.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to drive alignment and collaboration on sales-related initiatives. -

Collaborate with marketing teams to assess and ensure lead quality.


Qualifications: -

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically LeadSquared, and Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.


Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience Required :
