Job Summary
Job Description: As the Sales Operations Manager for the SA segment at Lenovo, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales efficiency and effectiveness across the sales teams. You will be responsible for handling multidimensional data, preparing reports, and tracking sales performance. You will work closely with sales managers and leaders, providing them with the necessary insights and tools to stay on top of business objectives. Additionally, you will be the subject matter expert for sales tools and systems, collaborating with the AP sales enablement team to optimize system features, user interface, and tool navigation. You will support the segment head with business reviews, BMS, and cadences, while also driving initiatives and tracking performance at the account level. 1.1.1. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track and improve sales performance. Enable sales teams and managers with the right tools, reports, and insights to help them meet targets. Work closely with sales managers to ensure they are equipped to drive sales efficiently. 2. Sales Tools and System Enablement: Act as a subject matter expert for sales tools and systems. Work with the AP sales enablement team to provide feedback on system features, user interface, and tool navigation to ensure optimal sales effectiveness. 3. Business Reviews and Cadence: Support the segment head in conducting business reviews, BMS (Business Management System), and cadences. Track action items and drive initiatives to meet business goals and KPIs for the SA segment. 4. Account Level Performance Management: Manage the account list and track account-level performance to identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with sales leadership to track and improve account performance. 1.1.2. Key Requirements: Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large data sets. Deep knowledge of sales tools, systems, and best practices for enabling sales teams. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and drive system optimization efforts. Strong communication skills to support reviews, cadences, and cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to track, manage, and improve sales performance at the account level. 1.1.3.
