Responsibilities:
Ownership of day-to-day operations to ensure all deliverables are met in time
Designing the process and customer flow for enriching customer experience
Setting up the communication for the clients using multiple channels - Whatsapp, Emails, IVR
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and solve their day to day problems
Own and update the internal systems to ensure proper stakeholder experience and data capture
Re-engagement of the funnel for the cold leads
The best candidates will check all OR many of these boxes:
0-2 years of experience in problem-solving
Ability to define processes and manage operations
Ability to independently design, execute and measure experiments
Experience in owning a project or initiative with multiple stakeholders
Work experience in early-stage startups (0 ->1) is a plus
Bachelors or equivalent degree from premier institutes is a plus
