Key Technical skills:

• WindowsAdministration preferablyWindowsserver.
• Hands on experience on Active directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Antivirus, etc.
• Knowledge of MS Exchange.

Job profile:

• ProvidingL2 technical support to respective L1engineerswith defined SLAs.
• Monitoring and administrating network (Switches, Firewall, Routers, Wireless equipment) and server.
• L2Support for troubleshooting of server hardware and Operating system related issues.
• Maintaining define policies and security rights over Active Directories (Forest and Domain, Trust relationship, Group policy (in depth), File replication Services, DNS, Client authentication, Certificate (PKI infrastructure).
• Responsible for testing and upgradingwindowspatches on regular basis.
• Daily/ weekly/ monthly network and server health Infra related MIS reports.
• Monitoring & Management of Backup Application.
• Implementing and administrating network devices, setting and maintaining policies and rights/security within aWindowsServer and Linux environment.
• Good Knowledge about Print Server, File Server and WSUS Server.
• Good Knowledge Backup types, configuration and Management.
• Good Knowledge about Storage management (NAS & SAN ).
