The ideal candidate should be able to lead the overall QA efforts for the projects/products across different platforms, mentor, and setup the QA teams, and ensure all QA processes and guidelines..

Skills

  • Experience in leading QA Teams.
  • Experience in developing Automation framework, Test Schedules, Efforts and Estimates.
  • Experience in writing automation and performance testing code in Java/Python (using Testing frameworks like Selenium/PyTest, etc.)
  • Exposure to various types of testing including functional, regression, performance, security etc.

    • Responsibilities

  • Develop QA Processes and Procedures for existing and new Projects.
  • Manage QA Team to perform Regression Testing during each phase.
  • Handle multiple teams in different projects depending upon the requirements.
  • Maintain Testing schedules, Estimates, Efforts and Release related activities.
  • Manage testing related Documentation and implement best practices.
  • Implement Test Automation competency for each project depending upon the scope.
  • Coordinate with the Development Team for bug fixes, Analyzing bugs and Releases.
  • Manage Performance/Load/Volume Testing for each project depending upon the scope.
  • Manage Security Testing for each project depending upon the scope.
  • Analyze and improve the competency of each team member.
  • Introduce new Testing Tools and give technical expertise for the QA team members.
  • Conduct CoE meetings to improve Testing Competency.
