Fingent is looking for candidates for our Project Office team, who are outcome oriented,
have prior proven experience in software project management with good stakeholder
management and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our
Business and Technology teams, to ensure successful implementation of the technology
solutions for our Customer s business requirements.

Prior experience, Competencies & Skills :

• Proven working experience having built Business Software, preferably having been the
  single point of contact for client(s).
• The ability to understand customer businesses and conceptualize good technology
  solutions
• Good understanding of SDLC, technology and project management methodologies. The
  ability to explain software development to both tech savvy and novice stakeholders
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with international clients/teams and the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results

Good to have :

• A background in UX or
• Prior experience having directly managed people or
• Experience in Technology or related roles

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Ability to detail project objectives, scope and develop comprehensive project plans to
  achieve desired outcomes
• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals
• Function as the single point of contact for international clients and senior management
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs. Manage project risks and
  issues to secure desired outcomes.
• Coordinate with multiple functional specialists developers, designers, testers, devops engineers and others to deliver project outputs in an efficient and effective manner.
• Ensure people availability and allocation to secure project delivery.
