JOB DESCRIPTION
The Home Loan Manager will be part of the Post Sales team and will be responsible for
Leading the Company's direct sales efforts
Instrumental in sales of affordable housing inventory of more than INR 4.5cr per quarter
Participating in sales strategy discussion at the Company level
Managing incoming leads through tele-calling efforts
Managing customer data in Company CRM
CRITERIA
Good academic record
Direct experience in affordable housing sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills along with good SALES CLOSURE skills is a must
Deep understanding of real estate sales process and buyer dynamics of value housing projects
