Job Description For our Pune team we are looking for a Sales Engineer Embedded Software (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales team for Embedded Software Solutions. In order to be successful in this role at L4B, you need initial experience in technical sales and you enjoy achieving the sales goals you have set. What You'll Do: Identification and acquisition of potential and new customers B2B customer acquisition and lead qualification on the phone, via social media / business networks and directly at the customer's site. Cold calls to potential customers and follow-up meetings at the customer (on site and virtually) - supported by our project managers and engineering as required Gathering / Networking and Relationship Building: Recognition of customer potential and ability to represent added value of cooperation with customers Creation of presentations and management of customer status meetings Building stable customer relationships to develop a professionally qualified sales pipeline Involve decision makers via all possible communication channels (calls/emails/points of sale etc.) Internal cooperation with our international colleagues and customers on an equal footing Regular reporting to the CTO and the CEO Think and Sell Embedded Software Solutions: Market understanding for the embedded software development market in the automotive and medical technology sectors Convince existing customers of tailor-made embedded software solutions with your own software expertise. Preparation of sales pitches, written offers and cost estimates suitable for the customer Updating and evaluating sales data and data maintenance in CRM Creation of sales reports and forecasts in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Communication with customers in German Requirements Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable courses Strong analytical mindset and an excellent technological understanding of software ideally at least 3 years of technical sales and cold calling experience required Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar Passion for hunting and enthusiasm for cold calling are a must Experience in the automotive, embedded software or medical technology sector.
