Job Summary
ROLE DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Manage day-to-day logistics activities for assigned projects for shipments within / outside india by any mode till site
2 Co-ordinate with delivery management, buyers, suppliers, project, forwarders / transporters or any other agency involved in the shipment
3 Prepare cost estimation and develop logistics plan for proposals
4 Develop logistics plan to explore cost optimisation and vendor rationalisation
5 Ensure timely updates and release of shipping status report
6 Ensure compliance to HSE and adherence to laid down systems and processes
7 Ensure payment processing for logistics service providers
Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. - Logistic
