Job Summary

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer MS Exchange, you will serve as a key technical leader, bridging the gap between Kyndryl and our clients. This role involves engaging with clients, governance bodies, project leaders, and vendors to develop and implement tailored solutions. From initial consultation to final delivery, you will oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Solution Design:

    • Understand client requirements and craft the best technical solutions.
    • Act as a subject matter expert during initial consultations to align solutions with client needs.
    • Design and lead the implementation of the solution.

  • Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Guide stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Utilize cross-functional expertise, tapping into other SMEs as needed to deliver comprehensive solutions.

  • Project Execution and Delivery:

    • Lead the technical implementation process.
    • Ensure seamless integration with existing client systems while addressing any pre-existing limitations.

  • Continuous Learning and Growth:

    • Work with a variety of cloud platforms and enhance your expertise through hands-on experience.
    • Pursue certifications and learning opportunities offered by Kyndryl.

    • Qualification :
    Knowledge of Cisco IronPort would be an added advantage
