Job Summary

Job Title: Telugu Communications Manager - Kuku FM Job Summary: As the Marketing Communications Manager for Kuku FM, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of marketing communications to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and subscriber growth. With 7-10 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in D2C, FMCG, Consumer Durables, OTT, or digital media industries, you will lead a team of 8-10 people and collaborate with a plethora of creative agencies and freelance creators. This role requires a perfect balance of creative thinking and operations excellence. Reporting directly to the Content Head, you will play a key role in elevating Kuku FM's market presence and engaging our audience through innovative marketing communications initiatives. Responsibilities: Performance Marketing and Influencer Campaigns: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns, including display ads, video ads, and PPC campaigns, to drive user acquisition and retention. Collaborate with influencers and content creators to design impactful influencer marketing campaigns that expand Kuku FM's reach and drive subscriptions. Brand Campaigns and Collaborations: Develop and execute brand campaigns that promote Kuku FM's unique value proposition and drive brand loyalty. Identify strategic brand collaborations to enhance the platform's visibility and reach among relevant audiences. Public Relations(PR): Develop and implement PR strategies to secure media coverage, interviews, and press releases that highlight Kuku FM's key offerings and achievements. Build and maintain strong media relationships to foster positive media coverage and brand positioning. Social Media Management: Manage Kuku FM's social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement, to drive user engagement and brand loyalty. Analyze social media metrics to identify trends and insights for optimizing future campaigns. Onground Events and Activations: Plan and execute onground events and activations to create immersive experiences for the target audience and boost brand visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. 7-10 years of proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in D2C, FMCG, Consumer Durables, OTT, or digital media industries. Perfect balance of creative thinking and operations excellence. Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools. Ability to lead a team and collaborate with various stake holders effectively. Demonstrated track record of successful brand campaigns and PR efforts.
