Assistant Manager- Creative And Communications (tamil, Telugu & Malayalam) Job in Kuku-fm

Responsibilities: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for ad production Work closely with creative teams and internal stakeholders to understand the scope and objectives of the project, and manage the expectations of stakeholders throughout the creative process. Source, onboard, and manage external vendors, contractors, and resources as needed Plan and execute creative production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and the final product is delivered on time Oversee the production of images and videos, including concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, casting, filming, editing, and post-production Ensure that all production work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the production process, quality and efficiency of creative work Requirements Strong understanding of South Indian listeners, with special focus in Tamil language Proven experience in project management, especially in ad production Strong understanding of the video production process, from ideation to post-production and distribution Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field
