Job Summary
  • Accountable to inform project delivery schedule variations of assigned team members and/self.
  • Ensure optimum efficiency of team members keeping quality consistent.
  • Ensures delivery of technical functionality as per SOW.
  • Plan resources technical skills up-gradation and monitors it.
  • Handle technical issues and guide the team members on clients issues and technical issues faced by Team members.
  • Ensure quality of coding through random Code Level Testing and report serious issues to the and delivery manager.
  • Ensure reporting for assigned team members and Managing PMS / Task Management System as per guidelines from Project Leader/ Project Manager or Management.
  • Assist resource allocation for the project based on skill matrix and self-observations.
  • Ensure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule.
  • Assist in defining work estimation for change requests.
  • Ensure that development standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to.
  • Intimating PM whenever required to intervene.
  • Intimation to Client, ACM, and HR for leaves of dedicated resources.
  • Working in close-loop with PL/ PM for client retention.
  • Helping the HR Team for building a strong team.
  • Team Member feedback.
