Job Summary
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Domain Capabilities:
  • Prior domain experience of at least 7 years in the ecommerce domain with Magento as primary platform.
  • Experience working with the US ecommerce industry is must.
  • Understanding of importance of Digital Marketing, SEO and its impact on revenue generations is must.
  • Must have completed at least 5 end-to-end Magento projects (with yearly revenue generation of at least $10M each) for any US based companies.
  • PMP or CSM certification will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel on-site is must. Candidate with B1/B2 visa is preferred. 30% travel yearly.
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and project requirements management
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery as per the stipulated timelines.
  • Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Product Managers to eliminate blockers and deliver the tasks efficiently
  • Use multiple tools to plan and monitor the tasks executions such as MS Project, JIRA, Basecamp and any Timesheet tool.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Should be able to train the reporting person under him/her
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Technical Skill sets:
    (Not required, but good to have)
  • Past development experience working with Magento, PHP and open source would be preferable.
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Concepts, JavaScript, SOAP, XML, HTML and CSS, AJAX, Database technologies like MS-SQL, MySQL will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of any ERP integrations (ex. NetSuite) with Magento will be a plus.
  • Additional Skill sets:
  • Well versed with MS Project, Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Team Management

Qualification :
BE/B.Tech, MCA
