Job Summary

What you ll do on the job:

  • Must have knowledge in Indian accounting concepts.
  • Posting all the financial transactions in the respective software on a day-to-day basis.
  • Capable to provide reports with accuracy.
  • Handle petty-cash and responsible to submit the monthly cash report.
  • Responsible for maintaining the accounts as on date.
  • Manage the financial transactions properly and review the Balance sheet and P&L to ensure all the bills/ payments/ provisional entries have been updated as on date.
  • Knowledge for preparing the documents for Internal audit and statutory audit.
  • Basic knowledge required in the personal Income Tax, deductions, and exemptions and the tax calculations.
  • Responsible for filing monthly GST reports.
  • Responsible for filing quarterly TDS before the due date.
  • Well versed in handling vendor payments, compliance payment, TDS payment, via online.
  • Responsible to maintain the attendance/Leave details of the employees.
  • Must have a knowledge related to salary components/deductions/exemption and compliances related to payroll.
  • Responsible for handling the salary report preparation and payment process.
  • Assist HR /Admin team based on the needs and requirements.

Who ll be a good fit:

  • Proven work experience in bookkeeping and aware about the files to be maintained (Expenses, compliance, monthly filings etc)
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Ability to work on reports, calculations and handle all financial transactions
  • Good experience into QuickBooks / Tally
  • Highly efficient and organized, able to clarify priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Attention to details.
  • Preference will be given to people worked in Accounts from IT / Software Industries.
  • Time-management skills.
