Job Summary
  • 0-2 years of overseas Admission Counselling experience in counseling students from multiple countries on admissions to foreign universities and colleges.
  • Internship: We offer internships for 6 months and offer PPO on a stellar performance.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Oral in Tamil. Preferred Telugu
  • Understand your Customers - Good Listening and Interpersonal skills.
  • Experience - Must have prior overseas education experience or relevant experience in the industry
  • International graduates are welcomed for Counselling Roles (Associate to Sr. Counselling as per knowledge and experience)
  • Leaving EGO outside the workplace and during work hours.
  • Be Strong in Documentation & Updating the system.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Plan rigorous methods and mechanisms to achieve desired student profile for target programs and schools
  • Set high benchmarks for student experience and service deliverables
  • Research on different schools, programs, and destinations related to school admissions, Post Admission Guidance for TA & RA, and other ad-hoc requirements.
  • Availability for student support on a regular basis for addressing queries and concerns. Experience with handling escalations and the ability to handle client-based issues independently is preferred.
  • Coordinate with students and universities to ensure smooth processing of applications
  • Assist in the school application process, including making a checklist of required documents, SoP, CV and Essay analysis or reviews, guidance for LoRs, Financial aid documents, etc., well within deadlines.
  • Assist in the Visa application process, including making a checklist of required documents, guidance for obtaining financial proof, guidance for Visa interviews and process, etc.
  • Conduct Webinars on a weekly basis for our user base.

Minimum qualification requirement

Preferred - One skill with 1+ years experience

Required - High school or equivalent or higher education

Preferred - Located in Chennai

Required - Good command over English
