We are recruiting Student Counsellors for ERP Training @ iPlex Technologies in Adyar, Chennai.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Making cold-calls to the prospective students.

Counseling students and providing information about program over the phone & to the walk in on suitable programs.

Making fresh calls, follow-ups & feedback calls on the database provided.

Proper data management in all front and communicating the same to all respective in-charges.

Admission closure.

Key Skills:

Good in communication and influencing, Flexible, Counseling, Motivational Interviewing

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Any Graduate with 1 to 3 years of Experience in Admission Counselling

Should have a flair in sales and Marketing Process

Should be possessing a good communication and Convincing Skills

Should be Target Oriented and Result Oriented
