Job Description :CCNA,CCIE (preferred )
- Provide technical support to customers via meetings, phone or email.
- Provide technical expertise to the client throughout the sales process
- Responsible for presentations, Sales Engineering support, Bill of Materials (BOM) creation assistance, Scope of Work (SOW) assistance, should know to run CCW tool.
- Be available as a pre-sales resource for sales and engineering
- Excellent customer service skills on phone and in person
- Professional demeanor and good communication skills
- Ability to think and come up with solutions quickly
- Must be fully knowledgeable and able to design and plan, implement and support IT solutions.
- Should have good knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure designing, implementation
- Should understand and design the concepts of HLD, LLD, Networking design and its concepts.
