Position description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with the top performing affiliates to maximize the delivery of more leads.
• Identify and connect with publishers to run CPA, CPL campaigns for high levels of relevant traffic.
• Analyse affiliates performance and develop KPIs and report back to senior management on performance.
• Work with key Affiliate networks to maximize the reach
• Manage network, affiliate, and sub-affiliate relationships
• Recommend plans for affiliate marketing activity for the business through the budget /forecast process.
• Be proactive in red flag the issues to Senior Management
• Strong Negotiation skills required to board an affiliate for better output through Affiliate Marketing.
