Job Description

Position: Finance Executive/Charted Accountant

Location: NSEZ, Noida

Experience: 0-5 Years

Job Type:Permanent

Must Have- C.A. (Semi-qualified or Qualified)

Skills Required :

• Managing income and expense records and receipts
• Preparing and Processing invoices
• Preparing details for processing payments and coordinating with procurement team for invoices.
• Recording international payments from Indian and foreign banks
• Ensuring timely payments of all category related payments-contractors, spares, rent
• Coordination with bank personnel regarding banking work
• Responsible for verification of bills, preparation of vouchers
• Preparation of ledgers
• Reconciling petty cash and filing work
• Done documentation work of opening salary account for employees
• Preparation of income and expense statements daily, weekly and monthly
• Monitoring imprest accounts and advances given to employees
• Coordinating with consultants for filling of GST returns, TDS returns and other NSEZ compliances
