Job Summary
Position: Finance Executive
Location: Noida (5 days working)
Salary: 5-6 LPAEducation: CA
Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. The Finance Executive will be responsible for various financial tasks, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting / Book-keeping -Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
2. Preparation of Financials -Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and MIS.
3. AR & AP Management -Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts. Reconcile accounts to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
4. Tax Compliances -Assist in the preparation of tax payments and return-filings (Income Tax, TDS, and GST etc.) and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
5. Budgeting -Support in the creation and maintenance of budgets. Monitor expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget.
6. Financial Audits -Prepare and provide necessary financial documentation for audits.
7. Loan Documentation -Preparation and submission of stock statements to bank on time.
8. Bank Reconciliations -Manage the company's bank accounts and perform regular bank reconciliations. Ensure the organization maintains adequate cash reserves.
9. Experience of Payroll processing will be a plus.
