Job Summary
  • Responsible for complete engineering function of the products to be manufactured in plant.
  • Work in close coordination with the functional heads for smooth & trouble free operations and achieving team targets.
  • Plan and ensure accurate and timely release of engineering information for manufacturing to achieve planned targets.
  • Plan and ensure continual improvement by use of standardization, value engineering and variety reduction.
  • Ensure the material content is optimal for product manufacturing to maximize the profits.
  • Plan & implement latest technological improvements decisions taken.
  • Share with other plants the technological improvement decisions for uniformity.
  • Provide support to marketing function in order booking.
  • Be abreast with the technological developments in the industry.
  • Plan and Strive for achieving better market positions.
  • Be abreast with competitors and their strategy in offering products in market.
  • Train, lead and motivate personnel and build performing teams.
  • Identify potential areas for growth.
  • Ensure management of functions as per the systems and procedures.
  • Ensure efficient use of departmental resources

Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree
Experience Required :

Minimum 15 Years
