Hr Executive Job in Kiprosh
Job Summary
Seeking HR executive having 2+ years of experience.
Must Have Skills
- Experience with Information Technology (IT) domain i.e you have worked with IT companies throughout your career
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Expert in managing organization activities like induction and onboarding, training, referrals, confirmations, background checks, associate self-service, etc.
- Excellent collaboration and co-ordination skills with recruitment, admin, and finance departments
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Good to Have Skills
- Knowledge of tools like Trello, Airtable is a huge plus
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in agile setup is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
Education and Experience
- Masters Degree/PG Diploma in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of human resource management experience
