Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams

  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans

  • Built an internal customer facing application preferably - could be a B2C website or mobile app

  • Prioritise and build new features like loan origination, loan servicing, customer payments, customer service, customer engagement, etc.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Working closely with the development & quality testing teams to explain the requirements and solution to be built

  • Get inputs from the marketing team for new product launches and marketing events to be launched and tracked from a business development point of view

  • Work with marketing team, technology team, etc. to track digital advertising conversion through, FB, google analytics. UTM parameters, etc.

  • Work closely with the data analytics team to gather the utilization stats and ensure it adheres to the key performance metrics

Drive Digital Customer Product Adoption and Growth

  • Identify and implement the best technological ways to track advertising spends, conversions and the overall funnel

  • Define and generate the relevant metrics and data points, maintain and run analytics on them based on the performance metrics indicators

  • Track the performance impact of the current apps, website and create its growth trajectory from the customer engagement point of view.

  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans

Documentation

  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in product design or engineering

  • Work Experience: Minimum 8/10 yrs with 5+ yrs of Product Management experience

Other Requirements:

  • Product Roadmap design

  • Prioritization and creating an MVP

  • Advertising and Marketing tracking and analysis
