Roles and Responsibilities

Work Profile :
  • Managing gamut of Marketing & Business Development
  • Taking care of specification and key influencer management.
  • Product management, Product Launches.
  • Planning ATL/BTL Campaigns for Brand Visibility.
  • Managing Channel, Project & Key account Business of all KICH Products.
  • Adhering Sales Annual Operating Plan and filling the gap to fulfill it.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets in line with overall company strategy.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
  • Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board in line with company strategy.
  • Handling PAN India Marketing & Sales team of 70 + staff.
  • Reporting To : Directors.
