Roles and Responsibilities
Work Profile :- Managing gamut of Marketing & Business Development
- Taking care of specification and key influencer management.
- Product management, Product Launches.
- Planning ATL/BTL Campaigns for Brand Visibility.
- Managing Channel, Project & Key account Business of all KICH Products.
- Adhering Sales Annual Operating Plan and filling the gap to fulfill it.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets in line with overall company strategy.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board in line with company strategy.
- Handling PAN India Marketing & Sales team of 70 + staff.
- Reporting To : Directors.
