Job Summary

    JOB Description:

    • Responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, networks, printers, computers, system software, and applications.
    • Responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, networks, printers, computers, system software, and applications.
    • Responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
    • Responsible for monitoring performance and utilization of the resources and do regular maintenance according to requirement
    • Responsible for ensuring the network and environment is secured with necessary controls and firewalls.
    • Responsible for implementing and constantly improving IT policies and keep policy documents up-to-date.
    • Responsible for communicating and training employees on new technologies or IT policies implemented and ensure it is strictly followed.
    • Responsible for maintaining inventory of all IT assets.
    • Responsible for allocation of IT assets to new employees and collect back and provide clearance when employee leaves the organization.
    • Responsible for proactive monitoring and identify risks and communicate to respective clients IT departments wherever Ainqa application is implemented.

    Requirements :

  • Should have relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems.
  • Microsoft MCSE certification or similar preferred.
  • Should have experience in server and network administration in a large setup.
  • Should have experience on SharePoint site administration.
  • Experience in Azure, AWS, VMs, Kubernetes deployments preferred.
  • Should be able to work independently and as member of team.
  • Should be flexible to support post office hours when need arises.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
