Important Note:
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Alternate Saturdays are working days.
Technical Skills:
- Must have knowledge of Computer Hardware/Software/Mac
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, network technologies,
- Experience in managing office 365 Apps (outlook, office, One Drive, SharePoint) and MS Teams
- Experience in Installing and configuring new hardware and software installation and replacement
- Experience in handling PRI line, ISP line, EPABX, CCTV and Access control devices.
- Knowledge about Proxy and VPN technologies
- Knowledge in Cloud solutions
- Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Flow and Planner
- Must have knowledge in Desktop central applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot user & client-related issues (Hardware, Software, Applications) through direct/remote & resolve them within SLA.
- Installing OS through SCCM and update appropriate drivers/firmware
- Perform system maintenance as per given schedule, system performance tuning
- Coordinate with hardware and software vendors on service level issues
- Ensuring routine processes are documented and kept up to date
- Timesheet updating, updating each ticket status in Ticketing Tool, Audit documents update
- Maintaining Asset Inventory.
- Perform L1 network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes and security configurations.
- Coordination with Global team on demand for user issues
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Must be able to provide after-hours on-call support.
