Important Note:

  • Work Mode: Work from Office
  • Alternate Saturdays are working days.

Technical Skills:

  • Must have knowledge of Computer Hardware/Software/Mac
  • Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, network technologies,
  • Experience in managing office 365 Apps (outlook, office, One Drive, SharePoint) and MS Teams
  • Experience in Installing and configuring new hardware and software installation and replacement
  • Experience in handling PRI line, ISP line, EPABX, CCTV and Access control devices.
  • Knowledge about Proxy and VPN technologies
  • Knowledge in Cloud solutions
  • Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Flow and Planner
  • Must have knowledge in Desktop central applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot user & client-related issues (Hardware, Software, Applications) through direct/remote & resolve them within SLA.
  • Installing OS through SCCM and update appropriate drivers/firmware
  • Perform system maintenance as per given schedule, system performance tuning
  • Coordinate with hardware and software vendors on service level issues
  • Ensuring routine processes are documented and kept up to date
  • Timesheet updating, updating each ticket status in Ticketing Tool, Audit documents update
  • Maintaining Asset Inventory.
  • Perform L1 network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes and security configurations.
  • Coordination with Global team on demand for user issues
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Must be able to provide after-hours on-call support.
