Job Summary

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Preparation of Business proposals for New projects.
  • Annual Budgets - working in close coordination with Teams, driving the entire budget preparation.
  • Working with Business Development team in commercial negotiation with customers.
  • Quarterly and Annual accounts preparation as per IND AS(IFRS) and audit coordination with Audit firms.
  • Internal Controls Review and monitoring. Review improve controls and updating of SOP's.
  • Direct and Indirect taxation compliance
  • Monthly MIS, Variance analysis and Working with other departments on cost reduction drives.
  • Day to day accounts supervision- Payables and Receivables
  • Financial Statements preparation of 2 companies as per IND AS Quarterly and Yearly.
  • Internal audits & Statutory audits handling. Follow up and Reporting on Action items

ERP experience mandatory

Well versed in accounting standards and indirect taxation

  • Good Knowledge of MIS queries.
  • Good experience in maintaining, managing, and updating data.
  • This position requires advance knowledge of Excel (Google spreadsheets), presentation. skills, data management, and excellent communication skills.
  • Inter-departmental co-ordination.
  • Inter-departmental monitoring, supervision and follow ups.
  • Tracking of Daily Revenue.
  • Provide support and maintenance to existing reports and dashboards
  • Generate and provide reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Generate both periodic and adhoc reports as needed
  • Should have strong experience in Macros, Excel, Formulas, Pivots, V-Lookup, H-Lookup, etc.
  • Create documentation of all the reports for smooth operation and easy report maintenance
    Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis
  • Understand management problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
    Prepare/run daily/weekly/monthly dashboards/reports across all domains / multiple sites.

Salary : 6,50,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
