Deputy Manager Finance Job in Rane Holdings Limited

Roles and Responsibilities

Controls: Aiding and ensuring material, stores, gate and other controls, including SOPs and working with Plant team to improve governance.

Accounting and MIS: Responsible for entire plant Finance and other local / Global KPI reporting. Responsible of Preparation of P&L, Plant daily, weekly and monthly MIS, Organize & Coordinating Internal Audit & Statutory audits

Analysis: Sharp analytics on plant costs, variances, highlighting opportunities. Ensuring high quality reviews internal and external to plant.

Business Support: working with plant management team on improving plant performance, using functional finance skills.

Asset Governance: Capex control and MIS. Aiding financials validation of capex proposals

Taxation: Monitoring & controlling statutory reports and Accounts records relates to GST, Income Tax, and TDS etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

ICWA or CA

8 to 10 years Post qualification and work experience into F&A with any Manufacturing Unit

Experience of working in SAP

Experience with manufacturing company is highly preferred

Male/Female, aged less than 40 years

Education-

UG:B.Com - Any Specialization

PG:CA - Any Specialization, ICWA (CMA) - Any Specialization
