EXPERIENCE: Should have 5-9yrs or total work experience. he should have experince in all aspectof project management life cycle - initiate , plan execute control and close. should have worked in the areas os design , deployment and implementation. exposure to organisational change management , process re eingineering / design , business case development, business process /technology training. review existing process and suggest areas for change. initiate plan organize and direct the transition. mentor motivate and coanh the team members and promote client service attitude. establish effective methodologies to and procedure to monitor busines performance and routine operations.
