Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Find patients who need funds as per the criteria defined by the company.
  • Explain the concept of crowdfunding to them, Educate them about crowdfunding and Ketto s role in raising funds & help them create campaigns
  • Interact with patients, understand their financial needs.
  • Help patients to create campaigns, write their story with relevant pictures, upload their documents
  • Be available in your designated hospitals, create & maintain a relationship with Doctors/Medical Social Workers
  • Maintain relations with existing partners and get new partners on board.
  • Assist the videographer in photoshoots, interviews with the patients &/or their families.
  • Work closely with the campaign managers to help set up the campaign.

Requirements:

  • Open to travel (in-city) in covid19 situation
  • Should be able to meet target wrt to fundraisers
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy to understand the needs of the clients/patients.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite(Powerpoint, Google Sheets, Etc.)
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Provide valuable insights for decision making.
  • Open to working flexible hours on occasion to handle requests from clients.
  • Knowing the local regional language in addition to Hindi and English is a must.
  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a huge plus but not mandatory.
