What You Will Do The Senior Sales Officer is responsible to Key Responsibilities: Handling Primary & Secondary sales with distributor and Sub distributer through different Channels Field work with salesperson, Pilot salesman & merchandiser in all Channels & on the Job training to Improve their Productivity. Enhancing the efficiency of Channel partner. Coordinating RSR team (Third Party) which includes salesman, merchandiser & team leaders. Grab the Opportunity for new business in the market & pushing the right product with respect to customer. Take the appropriate selling tools to the market. Lively participation with Display, Sampling and Merchandising activities in Market Excellence. Appointing new distributors and re-distributer for business growth. In Store fundamentals Related Administrative work (Claims, Promoter attendance, Expense Reporting etc.) Reporting Weekly and monthly sales, team targets and achievement etc.
