This role will manage Kaseya BI environment (Azure / Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Power BI and Data factory). Manager of BI will collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop, manage team to deliver effective solutions to meet business expectations. Required Experience in MSBI suite of products (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS/Power BI (Power View, Power Pivot, Power Query, Power Map)/ MDS/DQS/Data Mining Experience in Azure Synopsis and SQL Server Prior hands-on experience in implementing projects using MSBI SQL and other data warehousing skills. Coordinate deliverables and dependencies with geographically distributed teams across business/IT groups to hit project milestones. Assist in scoping and planning new programs - identifying degree of fit with MS technologies and estimating overall timeline/cost for an implementation. Create project plans for the design and implementation of the project; identify features compatible with each milestone and meet the entrance and exit criteria for each project phase, with effective utilization, prioritization, and coordination of resources. Provide innovative solutions to improve over-all business experience with KPI / data analytics. Manage and constantly improve data integrations with production transactional systems (salesforce, oracle NetSuite, HR, etc..) using ETL tools / data factory concepts. Experience with handling Data warehousing projects and all phases of SDLC
