Job Summary

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Manage all communication with staff for various multiple projects and provide engineering and technical support.
- Administer all civil engineering projects, prepare drafts and estimate of all fees and draft all proposals to be presented and ensure compliance to schedule and budget and document all requirements.
- Supervise efficient working of all engineering staff evaluate all work and provide required training to manage all projects efficiently.
- Analyse and recommend appropriate strategies for all key management issues and interview various candidates according to scope of all projects.
