KSCF works for the creation of a child-friendly world through direct interventions and programmes, research and capacity building, and campaigns for the mobilization of mass support and behaviour change. Mr. Satyarthi s lessons learned guide the Foundation s work to engage children and youth as part of the solution, build greater collaboration between governments, business and communities, ensure effective national and international laws, scale know-how and successful practice and create partnerships with key stakeholders.

Position Overview:
The Manager Projects will manage/administer the implementation of 100 districts project in India. She/he will be overall in charge of projects and work closely with the campaign operations team at the village, district and at the State. She/he will directly manage the campaign operations and ensure timely delivery of the agreed target and goals. The manager projects will support in coordinating with the project partners namely, district administration, other government agencies, ngo s and other stakeholders. She/he will be responsible for timely delivery of reports to the donor agencies. She/he will be required to design and deliver trainings to the activists/volunteers at the district and village. The person may be required to travel extensively.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To help develop and implement the project plan for KSCF campaign.
Support coordinators of campaign coalitions through direct support, developing a peer network and online resources.
Support coalitions to develop broad partnerships and a decentralised approach to mobilisation that encourages local mobilisation including campus and school action groups.
To identify and share examples of impactful national coalition led change to inspire others to act.
To update organization and partners regularly on the campaign developments.
To help establish the campaign coalitions in new areas and work with any other national coalition coordinators as required.
To work with the Executive Director and to develop and implement campaign impact monitoring and evaluation.
To work with national coalitions, Partners and Government institutions to develop SMS and community radio engagement plans and work with the campaign and communication team to integrate it into campaign sign up and mobilisation.
To coordinate with various teams, manage volunteers/interns and budget as required by the campaign.
To help design and sign off on contracts
To ensure the campaign materials are consistent with the campaign aims and goals.
Leadership
Hold each of his/her direct report accountable for meeting their expected responsibilities and deliverables
Recruit, lead and develop the team, including setting performance objectives and performance reviews together with the Human Resources team
Financial Management and Resource Mobilization
Must be able to establish opportunities to work collaboratively with other NGOs and civil society coalitions internationally.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff in donor institutions including governments and foundations and create resource mobilisation opportunities
Support in resource mobilization (bid writing).
Able to manage finances to oversee delivery and reporting of restricted funded projects.
Requirements
Qualifications
Post-Graduate, or equivalent standard of education essential - ideally in international development, public policy or other social sciences
Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in organizing campaigns, conclaves, conferences and/or events for government, institutions or corporates
Experience of conceptualizing and managing national and/or global events
Professional experience of working in a global NGO, foundation or business
Experience of analytical skills and navigating agreement of global positions and plans on complex issues both within an international organisation and with external partners.
Experience of impact monitoring and evaluation for campaigns.
Experience of managing developing materials in a range of languages.

Language Requirements; Working command over local language of States where the positions are based and English
Global advocacy, accountability and campaign strategy development and implementation in the international development sector
Track record of success in leading campaigns at a national or global level
Process and project management experience including managing consultants, remote management and managing in different languages.
Strong understanding of international development and youth rights sector, child labour, education and child slavery and UN processes and inter-governmental negotiations.
Assertive and diplomatic with ability to motivate colleagues in remote locations.
Excellent representation, public speaking and presentation skills.
Strong business and political acumen and ability to manage risks to organisation s reputation
Strong time management skills to meet changing priorities.
Knowledge of film making, photography and other creative forms of documentation is preferable.
Technology literate including use of social media.
Excellent networking skills.
Flexible mind set to work with different teams and on different priorities at different points of time.
Awareness of and sensitivity to the multi-cultural environment in which the campaign operates.
To work with other national coalition coordinators as the campaign develops
